Hi Sir. I’m Carlos Javier Marcano S. I’ve been sitting in front of a computer since I was 12 years old, playing, breaking, and fixing things. I trained as a Computer Engineer, and for over 5 years, I have focused on creating websites using low-code technologies, mainly WordPress, and over a year ago, I became interested in Framer. Note: I do have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS, which allows me to know how everything works in a browser. I also have basic knowledge of Python and its Django framework.

With that clear, I seek to create projects and transform ideas into web solutions that solve problems and provide a true positive impact. I always look to maintain a balance between clean designs with a pleasant user experience and a stable, scalable structure.

My beginnings

Involved building small personal projects using low-code and basic coding, offering some small websites for free to acquaintances and local businesses with the goal of receiving feedback and reaching the point of validation where I felt confident enough to take the next step.

2023 - 2024

Freelance

Offering my services as a freelance web designer on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and social media was my next step. The experience with real clients was invaluable, as I strived to deliver flawless projects, which allowed me to justify future rate increases. Through trial and error, I continuously improved.

2024 - Now!

Low-code web developer & designer

On March 1, 2024, I started working for a consulting firm as a Low-code web developer & designer using the WordPress CMS. Since then, the learning experience has been extremely broad in both technical and personal aspects, having built over 70 web projects for real businesses assigned via Zoho CRM software.

In compliance with the company's policies, these projects will always remain confidential. I currently continue to provide services for this company.
